The project aims to bring a fresh nuance in this longstanding neighbourhood’s authenticity. The rooms overlooking the street are reserved for quotidian purposes as living quarters. Bedrooms are to face to the backyard.

Façade is a combo of natural stones, metal patches, and sun visor. Abdi İpekçi 45 is a nature conscious building equipped with all the qualifications a smart building requires and holds a LEED GOLD certificate. The building mingles the needs of the new modern life style and the unique spirit of Abdi İpekçi street and salutes an otherwise new living.
